Beautiful weather. Hurricanes really don’t affect Jacksonville like other cities in FL. You will need a car or be ok with UBER as public transportation is pretty useless. Jacksonville communities are very spread apart.
Jacksonville is a pretty interesting city, there are great restaurants, shopping plazas, and beaches galore. Usually when you’re looking to go out there is about a 20-minute drive. Considering the little bit of commute, it is definitely worth the trip no matter the destination, the scenery on the way is guaranteed to be absolutely gorgeous.
