Enugu is a serene state to live in. House pricing has gone up in the past few years but still fairly priced. If you want to fully experience the city then you should look for housing in New Haven or Independence Layout.

My city is on the well known Udi hills; hence, it is a city with a water challenge, as the water table is of great depth. The city is relatively peaceful with historical sites like the coal mines. My area is connected to the world through the Akanu Ibiam international airport.

Someone moving to Enugu must consider that there are lots of bad roads, high cost of house rent, high cost of feeding, poor electricity supply, poor water supply, crowdy environment, artisans almost on every corner, harsh weather and so on.

The weather is mostly hot and electricity is luxury but the people are fun to meet, they are accepting. We have rich cultures both in food, dance, attire and many indigenous languages. We live a communal life and it can be easily said that everyone knows one another in my town literally. My people are overall lovable.
