Living in San Carlos City, Pangasinan, Philippines is great because it is generally peaceful but the cost of living now is a bit high due to expensive electricity and prices of meat including processed foods. Malls, restaurants, fast food chains and nightlife are also available. Fresh vegetables and fish are always (as well as meat) available.

San Carlos City, Pangasinan, has a different cultures, norms, and values that you can apply in life. Moving or visiting in San Carlos, you can meet new people who are approachable and respectful. We always use “po” and “opo” to show respect.

San Carlos is a very small city where you can travel the entire area while riding a motorcycle. All the places where you can buy the basic necessities are in on area only. There are churches, malls, wet market everywhere. You can also enjoy our local products such as mangoes, pineapples and some street foods. If moving in here, you have nothing to worry about because the locals are very welcoming.

Mangoes which can be found in our city are known to be one of the sweetest that you can find in the country. We also feature several bamboo products like nipa hut and furniture. The San Carlenians, as we are called, are very strong and friendly.
