Jacksonville, Florida, is a city that is situated close to the coast. Hurricanes that threaten the area are usually not a major issue, however. Historically speaking, many of these low-pressure systems have only skirted the cost. Caution is advised, however, due to the risk of flooding if one of these storms were to strike here.

Jacksonville, Florida, is not the best. The crime rate is extremely high, the expenses are very expensive, and people are greedy. Jacksonville is beautiful, but ugly. If you’re looking to buy a home in Jacksonville, beware of fraud and prepare yourself for high pricing that’s not worth it.

The Clara White Museum is dedicated to Clara English White, a former slave who used to feed hungry neighbors, and as a part of her legacy the Clara White Mission was open to help feed the homeless as well as providing housing for veterans. African Americans founded the American Beach, which was were they used to go and relax during the 1940s.
