My city is known as the Tuna Capital of the Philippines. A festival to celebrate that is done every year. The cost of living is not too high. You can buy seafood at a relatively low price compared to the markets in Davao City and Metro Manila. I am currently renting a house here for an affordable price.

Life is GenSan is much simpler compare to other cities in the country. There’s nothing much of adjustment should be done except for the people as we have more indigenous groups making the city more diverse and interesting. GenSan is still considered as a province to some and expected that not all resources are available such as brand stores and alike, but it’s fun to live in a peaceful small city.

General Santos City is known as “Gensan”. It is the tuna capital of the Philippines. The City of General Santos offers a wide range of accommodations for tourists. General Santos City is also a place for great shopping experience. The city is a diversified melting pot of different cultures.

If you’re moving to a new city, then General Santos City should one of your choices. General Santos City is known as the “Home of Champions” since many popular and talented individuals came from this city particularly Manny Pacquiao. The city is also well-known for its vast natural resources such as tuna and other fish products. The basic commodities here are not overpriced unlike in other urbanized cities. If you love living a simple life with less pollution, then I recommend you move in here.
