Saipan is US territory in the Pacific Ocean. It is part of the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands and near the island of Guam. Saipan is known for its sandy beaches and tourism-based economy. Before you consider living on the beautiful island of Saipan, you must know and prepare yourself of it’s sunny weather all year long, with occasional typhoons and droughts during the typhoon and drought season.
