In Manila, there’s a lot of 24-hour operating establishments and convenient stores. People are always busy and the city looks like it never sleeps. Vendors are everywhere, shoppers come from different places. Churches and Schools are just around the corner. Clubs and party venues are full of crowd. It’s better to live here because everything that you need is very easy to find and people are so accommodating.

The City of Manila is a busy city, traffic is bad and it is polluted. You will hear people shouting and scrambling just to get in to their jobs or schools. Despite of these, the City of Manila has a lot of history. Every streets, buildings, churches and even school has taken part of our history. The citizens of Manila may lack discipline but they are constantly improving and fixing what needs to be fixed.

Manila is a city known for its traffic, pollution, poverty and chaos. A disaster, one might say. But as cliche as this might sound, Manila is a beautiful disaster. The city wakes up by 7am to sell on the streets, the bells of the big Catholic churches start to ring, and everyone starts chasing time. Manila is a city of culture.

Supermarkets, School and Church are everywhere in this city. We also have a great Mayor, so the city is very secure and clean. The neighbors are also kind and very approachable. We have many festivities too, you can even eat at your neighbor’s house because everyone is very hospitable. Community activities are also beneficial if you are looking for connections for your business.

The unique thing about exploring Manila is that you’re going to see a spot where old meets new. One can see a splash of Spanish and American contact of buildings and structures plus the various churches that symbolize the Filipinos’ Christian faith. You will be able to see that, while Manila ‘s beauty has been ravaged with earthquakes, fires, thunderstorms and even the Second World War, it will always grow and instill confidence. Come on, let us come to Manila, then.

Moving in Manila can be very difficult for people coming in from the province. From the noise of the cars to the sheer amount of people, it can catch anyone off guard. However, moving in the city has its merits. Everything is accessible: malls, parks, restaurants, and hospitals/clinics; everything is so near. Also, Manila has a great deal of tourist spots, like Quiapo Church and Rizal Park. It also houses the National Museum, which is further divided into four separate structures.

Manila is full of its wonderful infrastructure, and its histories. For one, there is Intramuros, a famous landmark where our Filipino ancestors fought greatly against the Spaniards. There is also the landmark, Luneta, where the Filipino hero, Jose Rizal was shot. There are also beautiful churches and minor basilicas, such as the Manila Cathedral, the Quiapo church, the San Sebastian church to which is the only Gothic church in the Philippines. And there are more.

Being the densest city in the country, there is no questions with regards to Manila being the trusted gem and capital of the country. As New York City is for the States, the city is also stacked with concrete jungles and towering skyscrapers where Alicia Keys stated, “dreams are made of.” Though don’t let the urban Manila fool you as it is also known for its many tourist attractions, the National Museum (all three buildings) being my favorite, and the infamous Quiapo church! To see is to believe and living in Manila will be an experience you will never forget!
