Someone moving to my city should know that the weather in Manila is hot and humid with a brief cool season in the months of December, January and February. Rainy season starts in May and ends in late October. Humidity is high throughout the year. Wearing soft and breathable clothing and footwear is highly recommended.

If moving to Manila, you should think and really assess which area is very accessible to supermarkets, malls, gym, restaurants, pharmacy and hospital or clinic. That way, you will be very comfortable and it will be convenient. You do not have to go far, everything is there.

Manila is a great place for expats, the food is cheap and the neighbors are friendly, depending on where you live. The government however is as corrupt as the sky is blue. Filipinos in general are kind, but you have to be aware that most of them will steal if opportunity is given.

As many people know, Manila is a great place. It is within the National Capital Region (NCR). Manila poses many opportunities for those people who want to find jobs. That’s why many people in the provinces take their chances and got to Manila for the most obvious reason, to make it big.

Manila is known for its city lights and huge buildings. It is a very busy and lively city where people usually go to spend their leisure time or visit amusement parks. There are a lot of opportunities awaits for people who would like to work. When it comes to the standard of living, it is wise to move to Manila City because of the cheaper commodities and variety of markets nearby.

The City of Manila is the capital of the Philippines. It may not be the finest in the country, but it has the best schools, universities, big commercial areas, and various public transit options. Those who seek to pursue their university degrees and chase a flourishing career in the corporate world are in for a treat. It’s not all work and no play, of course. There are endless restaurants, malls, and parks that make this city the ideal destination for those who aspire to a successful career and comfortable life.

I would gladly say that in our city, there is freedom and ordinance. There are a lot of things to do and many historical places to visit like the Rizal Park, National Museum and so much more. Other than the places, the people are the ones that make our city better. They are all welcoming and are very joyful to be with.

Our City is a beautiful place filled with joyful people and wonderful places to go to. A place where lots of opportunities lie wait. Busy streets filled with cars. But, our city also has its sad part. Especially people living on the streets trying to survive for their daily needs.

Manila is a fairly great place although one should be alert whenever they are traveling within the city. One’s valuables should be kept close. Also, he or she should always be aware of his or her surroundings because other people might take advantage of someone who is new in the area.

Manila is the capital of the Philippines so the country’s economy is mostly shouldered by this city and all the cities include in what is Metro Manila. Living here is hard because you really have to know your surroundings to get around and to live a comfortable life.

In the city of my birth, Manila. There are historical sites which is telling the story of those who lived before me. The personality of the city, as in case with other major cities in the world, are full of different personalities and perspectives in life that you would discover. I recommend this city if you are adventurous.

Manila is the capital and the busiest city in the Philippines. Traffic is heavy while MRT (Metro Trail Transit), taxis and buses are the major means of transportation to travel around the city. It’s a great place to visit historical sites such as Intramuros, where the trace of antiquity and war is visibly depicted by the remaining walls surrounding the small area.

Manila is the urban capital of the Philippines, from where all kinds of people reside. Cultural spots like the National Museum, Fort Bonifacio, Intramuros and the famous Luneta Park attract tourists from all over the world. However, although the city is known to house various work opportunities and business industries, majority of the country’s poorest citizens and slum neighborhoods can also be found there.

Someone moving to Manila must think twice. Our city is suffering from heavy traffic daily. Our government is very inefficient. He or she must not expect a good quality of life in my city. Despite the negative characteristic of Manila, people are very hospitable and helpful.

If they are from a rural place, Manila is the opposite of that. it is a very crowded place. If moving because of work purposes, you should be able to look for a place that is safe and close to where you work. It may seem to be a good place but trust e, you should be alert at all times and keep your valuables close to you.

If someone would want to move to Manila, they should know about the heavy traffic, and the poor public transportation system. One usually needs to allot 1-2 hours for traveling, alone, within the Metro. However, despite this, Manila is a wonderful city filled with people who are kind and who are always willing to help someone who is new in the city. It is a place of many opportunities and despite the many bad reasons to stay here, there are much more reasons to want to reside in this beautiful city.

Manila is a great city, although it is densely populated. There are many attractions in it, such as the city of Intramuros. In other parts of the city, there are urban areas where small businesses thrive. But, like in all cities, be careful of certain areas. While shopping in Quiapo or travelling the streets of Tondo, be alert of your surroundings.

Marjurie, says: 2020

Life in any city is hard but residing in the capital of the country makes for a mixture of extreme pollution, expensive commodities, and a visual onslaught of poverty on the streets and corruption of the state. This knowledge, tinged with the third-world provincial hopes of moving to a city to pursue greener pastures, wouldn’t be enough to sway anyone. Be vigilant and be kind to yourself if you get lost in the tides of the crowd. As someone who became comfortable in the easy, countryside life, going back to the city always comes with a surge of anxiety that I’ll stay glued to the pavement, with the sky barely of sight from skyscrapers casting shadows upon me. Don’t let the city erase you. You are more than the figure you earn, the place you were born, or the color of your skin—no matter what those flashing screens tell you.

If you are thinking of a place our place is your last bet. Covering the best necessity like supermarkets, malls, and a number of apartments you can live in plus our place can be classified as an employment market with lots of opportunities for a good quality of life.

Manila is the capital of the Philippines. It is known for its great urban landscapes and cultural scenes where tourists often visit. The Malacañang, also known as the country’s president’s home, and the Supreme Court building can also be found in Manila. However, the city is also known for housing numerous slum areas, particularly in Tondo, Manila.

There is a lot to consider before moving to Manila City. One is the climate and weather. It is advised to bring and wear light fabric and comfortable clothes such as shorts, jeans, short-sleeves to sleeveless tops and more. An umbrella is also advisable to carry around in your daily bag. Manila City is also considered a densely populated and heavily polluted, so make sure to bring handkerchiefs and necessary vitamins to avoid illnesses. Another thing to consider when moving to Manila is apartment or house hunting. The city has detached homes in villages, high-rise condominiums and apartments. Both long term and short term lease agreements are an option and may last up to a year. The language spoken in the Philippines, is both English and Filipino as the mother tongue. Communicating with the Filipinos in Manila shouldn’t be a problem knowing that most of them are fluent in both languages.
