Plano is a great a place to live, buy a house, and raise a family. But, it’s not a tourist destination. Moving to Plano? You should know it is an older suburb of Dallas and a city in it’s own right as well. Formerly an agricultural town, it has become a home to many national and international company headquarters. There are many very nice neighborhoods and a huge assortment of restaurants and shopping areas. Immediately around Plano are Frisco, and McKinney, two of the fastest growing cities in the USA. There are lots of employment opportunities, either in Plano or in nearby cities. Dallas is less than 30 miles south, and DFW Airport is nearby, and easily accessible to residents. Pros: Convenient, excellent schools, great transportation. Cons: Older city, no nightlife, little recreation.

Plano is one of the safest cities in America. The community is relatively small and everyone helps one another. We are incredibly close to Dallas which has been growing steadily over the past few years. There is a diverse community in Plano and many employment opportunities. There are ample nature reserves in our community as well.

Plano is the picture-perfect suburban city. The Shops of Legacy is an incredible shopping district in the heart of town with a plethora of amazing dining options and boutiques. many new jobs are coming to the area. It is important to know neighboring cities, too, like Frisco, Richardson, and Allen.
