We have great southern food and hospitality. Everything in my city is within a 30-minute commute. The housing market is cheaper than most surrounding cities. We experience all four seasons, summer, winter and fall. We rarely ever get a lot of snow. Our state tax is only six percent on every dollar.

If you like nature and views which are clear of bulging skyscrapers, this place is for you. But you will need to have your own vehicle, though, because public transportation in the city is very expensive. Luckily, all the most vital stores are in one place downtown. When picking an apartment or house, be sure it’s near downtown.
