There are a lot of stairs around my city, but every part is easily accessible on foot. The Old Town is a UNESCO heritage protected site. Most of the city parts are up to 20 min walking distance. The weather is warm and sunny. The best periods for visiting are spring and fall, since summer can get a little too crowded and too hot for your preferences.
