Merida is a wonderful and peaceful city, with a beautiful downtown area. Anyone wanting to move to Merida should know that it is very hot and humid! They are in luck, however, as the Yucatecan Peninsula is spotted with gorgeous caves called “cenotes”, usually a short drive away from the capital city.

The first thing anyone should know is that Merida has a very hot weather and a elevated humidity level. If considering a great weather to hang out during the day, this is not the city for you. A great thing about my city is the security all day. Merida is one of the safest cities of my country.
