Jos city is a beautiful and quiet city. It is a tourist attraction and is not exactly considered a commercial city. One of the many advantages of living in this city includes its thriving agriculture, which makes fruits and vegetables affordable to everyone. Unlike most cities in the tropics, this town has very fair weather year-round. It is one like no other.

Anyone intending to move to Jos should know it can be quite cold here, so he/she should endeavour to get warm clothing and blanket. Another point is they need to understand a bit of the main language spoken here which is hausa, Just basics, it’s not a must but could help especially if they don’t know anyone living in Jos. There are a lot of educated people in Jos that understand the English language, but not so with the locals around Jos. Another point which they might like is there are varieties of vegetables and fruits found in Jos, and goods can be gotten at low prices compared to other major cities in Nigeria.
