If you are young, like to party, by that I mean 7 days a week and work for a foreign company abroad, Belgrade is a place for you. Food and alcohol in restaurants are cheap. So if you have around €2000+ salary, Belgrade can be a dream city for you, you get to have a relaxed lifestyle filled with party and good food.

Unemployment is high yet the cafes are somehow always full. Dog poop is everywhere.

Belgrade is the city that has a little something for everyone. Historical landmarks and modern, eclectic nightlife are just minutes apart from each other. All important institutions are in the city center, and there are many shopping malls and fine restaurants. Opportunities for both work and leisure are endless. Belgrade is the most beautiful city lying on the river of Danube.

In particular, Belgrade is renowned for its very diverse architecture that ranges from old to modern. It also has a wide variety of shops and restaurants of note. The city is easily navigated, but also rather interesting in its monuments and its numerous parks. It is by far Serbia’s best place.

Belgrade is very lively city, we have a lot of clubs and the near river clubs so it is deal for younger population. Also, people are very friendly and always ready to help. There are plenty things you can do to spend your free time. You can go and ride a bike near the river, visit Avala, Museums, go to one of the many Theatres or Cinemas, or just chill with your friends in cafe. You can never be bored here.

Belgrade is an old city, and that may well be one of its best features. It is no stranger to tumultuous history of Europe, but it offers a world of opportunity to those brave enough to disregard its somewhat rough and ravaged appearance. It is a city ideal for poets, artists and craftspeople, who can all find either inspiration or employment in Belgrade’s culture hub of the old town. As Belgrade folk also enjoy socialising at numerous coffee shops and restaurants and hold hospitality in high esteem, a foreigner can expect being taken to dinners to feast on local delicacies and meet people.
