If you are young, like to party, by that I mean 7 days a week and work for a foreign company abroad, Belgrade is a place for you. Food and alcohol in restaurants are cheap. So if you have around €2000+ salary, Belgrade can be a dream city for you, you get to have a relaxed lifestyle filled with party and good food.

A person that wishes to move to Belgrade should have in mind that despite it being a beautiful city that’s buzzing with life, it is also a capital city of a second-world country that is very poor and has extremely poor government management. It’s fairly easy to find a job, but the wages are often not enough to cover the expenses of living in Belgrade. That is probably the only downside of moving to my city, but if you do manage to find a steady job, the city definitely pays you back with its beauty and culture.

Should anyone be interested in moving to Belgrade, they should keep in mind that it differs greatly from larger cities, such as those in the US. Food and clothes cost significantly less and Healthcare is cheaper, too. The people are quite extroverted and lively, which tends to surprise many unprepared foreigners.
