They go by many names (pluses and minuses, advantages and disadvantages, etc.) but pros and cons are vital to consider when moving. Here's what three local experts report about what they like and dislike about living in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

There is a major electricity problem. UPS is necessary for each home. Water supply is also a problem. Many times the municipality provides dirty water. Many times there is no water supply from municipality. So a personal submersible is also required. But in many societies, there are generators and submersible available for the residents of these societies. Though they charge for this maintenance on monthly basis. One more disadvantage is that there are too much mosquitoes because of open drainage on roads. Regarding advantages, so many shopping malls with almost all big brand showrooms and cine-multiplexes have been opened here. Delhi Metro is also available. Rapid Rail will soon be available for neighboring cities.

Ghaziabad is such type of city which is full of love and acceptance. You never feel separated. It’s a dry city. It’s summer is extreme hot and winter is extreme cold. As this city resides near the border area of Delhi, it’s a great advantage to communicate with our capital city.

One must know about the health facilities, transportation and the local market for their essential needs, for entertainment purposes shopping malls and cinema are also available at a reasonable distance, for a healthy lifestyle various gyms and park and most importantly the friendly, warm and welcoming nature of people are the various advantages here.
