One comment on “Port Washington, Long Island”

Living in Port Washington, Long Island, is both very pleasant, with water on three sides and quiet tree-lined streets, and very practical because of the town’s location near New York City. The school district is excellent. However, this wonderful combination of features has led to high housing costs and local property taxes, which compels some prospective residents to decide that living in another area farther away from New York City is a better value.
