Queens is a diverse area that relies on public transportation. It is important to be comfortable taking trains or buses. Those who move to Queens can also expect an array of ethnic foods; one of the predominant cuisines in Queens is Hispanic food. The culture in Queens is uniquely its own.

Queens, New York, is a wonderful and vibrant city. It is one of the most diverse cities in the United States and possibly the world. Queens is large and sprawling. Some people live in apartments, while other people live in houses. I live in a house; because of this, Queens feels much more suburban to me than to my friends living in other parts of the city.

Queens, New York, is the most diverse city in the world. Living here will expose you to a variety of cultures. There’s nowhere else I’d prefer. I can enjoy the suburban-like nature of Queens and Manhattan is just a train ride away. It’s the best of both worlds.

Anyone moving to Queens needs to know it is not necessarily the hub of activities in New York City. Queens is a lot more quiet than the other boroughs and the people living there are much calmer. Activities on the street are also not too frequent nor crowded. that, if anyone wants to live in Queens, the person should be prepared to commute to Manhattan or Brooklyn – or even the Bronx – to get some of the excitement of NYC.
