It is a city that is growing fast and has some growing pains, such as the cost of housing. It is a vibrant and artistic city, but also a lot of large conservative churches so it’s easy to see the dichotomy between both political sides.

Colorado Springs has many social services making it a good place to retire to. When it snows during winter walking can be dangerous because of the buildup of ice on the sidewalks and streets. They have a very nice library that provides free movie rentals and classes, such as learning to use the internet.

Colorado Springs is a beautiful city, nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. The housing market is high but living here is worth the price. Colorado Springs is a short drive from many amazing places, such as Garden of the Gods. Garden of the Gods is a public park filled with awe inspiring rock formations and wildlife.

Amazon has planned to build a large distribution center in Colorado Springs which is estimated to provide 1,000 new jobs. Second, the United States Space Force is planning to establish their training headquarters near the city, which will surely raise real estate prices and stimulate local economic growth.

it is an amazing place for outdoor enthusiasts. With mountains nearby for, skiing, sledding and tubing in winter to hiking and biking in summer, it is the place. Downtown has a multitude of choices for local cuisine and the brew pubs that have made Colorado Springs famous. People enjoy a laid back way of life in a city that feels like a small town. There are numerous neighborhoods to choose from: from the Old North End downtown full of sprawling Victorian mansions, to the University Village area with apartments close to the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and an exciting nightlife, to the suburbs of the eastern Powers area, there is somewhere for anyone who wants to live here to find their home. Boredom is a word that is not in our vocabulary in Colorado Springs, but family, friendship, home and excitement are the words that we live by.
