Have a fair budget when moving to our place as the cost of living is a bit high here. Home rentals and apartments are pricey, especially for areas near the town proper. Considering the cold weather here and a lot of work opportunities, many people visit the city leisure and job searching.

Baguio City is known for its weather and amazing views. Aside from that, tourists are also known to commend something else about Baguio: the kindness of its people. From taxi drivers to street vendors, to residents of each barangay; everyone here is as warm as the weather is cool. If you decide to move to Baguio, know that you will be accepted into the folds of your community and you’ll be welcomed into the beautiful homes of your neighbors.

Baguio City is one of the best places to visit in the Philippines. Here you can feel the cool breeze from the mountains, enjoy great exotic food, and meet friendly people. If you wish to stay, the city offers cheap hotels, apartments, and condominiums. Our place is also great for leisure. You can play golf, take a dip at our natural pool and hot springs, or simply walk around the park.

Living in a mountainous area such as Baguio City, one must consider a cooler climate especially in residences that are in higher altitude. Aside from that, people should always carry an umbrella since isolated rain showers often happen mostly in the afternoons. Roads and paths are also quite steep, so expect that a good deal of walking is part of the daily routine. Most of all, if anyone moves to the City of Pines, they should be aware and respectful of the traditions and the culture that the Igorots, the indigenous tribes inhabiting the mountains of the Cordilleras, practice as it is essential to their way of life, a way that is an integral part to the city’s growth and development.

There are many tourist spots in my hometown which can be seen. Also, there are numerous people who are kind enough to help you during your time of moving. Further, there are many apartment you could move into for their pricing is not that expensive. Hence, aside from the kind people, the weather is cold enough to sustain the hot weather of the country.

If you want to move to our city, the first thing know is the housing cost. The closer the location to the city, the more expensive it is. Next is the food expense. food expense depends on what you used to. Example, vegetables are really cheap in our city compared to meats.

Baguio City is known for its cool air and refreshing environment. It is a well-known tourist spot in the Philippines. Although it is a beautiful place, buying land and putting up a house is very pricey. It is also difficult to look for apartments so I suggest you look for available condominium spaces.
