Baguio City is summer capital of the Philippines due to its cold climate all year-round. Our city is also home to 1,000s of pine trees and various eco-friendly tourist destinations. We have a festival here called “Panagbenga” which is celebrated during February to March, it’s a flower festival where a float parade and street dancing are conducted during certain weekends and stalls are built along Session Road to sell local products, food and a lot more.

The common forms of transportation in Baguio City are taxis and jeepneys. Baguio locals are a laid back people. Singing in karaoke is tolerated on weekends and holidays. Local festivities called the “Panagbenga Festival” attracts both local and foreign tourists. We love ice cream in cold weather and bread almost everyday.
