Jammu city is city of temples. It is on the bank of river Tawi. People here are very good and friendly. There are many historical sites. It is a developing city. It has large diversity of culture as people from many regions and religions live here.

Jammu- A place of temples for visitors to attract and religious people to relax. It was founded by JamboLochan and the name – Jammu is after his finding. It is on the banks of River Tawi and is known as Jammu Tawi. It is connected by air and by train too.

I am a resident of Jammu city, J&K. known as the city of Temples the region remains etched as ‘the paradise on earth’. it’s alluringly graceful with it’s varies natural endowment and rich cultural heritage. Every monument you visit offers glimpses of the past and evokes a culturally imbued emotion it transports back to golden era. Be it Mubarak Mandi Palace built by the Dogra kings in jammu where you can experience the traces of the royal life lived in all its glory or the Pari Mahal that provides rare glimpses into the Islamic architecture. While the Akhnoor Fort provides you an image of the 1700s military architecture.
