Going to Yankee games is always an experience to look forward to, especially when it comes to the World Series. The Bronx was named to be an ‘All-America’ City in 1997, because of such strong progression in creating revitalization and strong civic engagement for the community.

Arthur Avenue is an example of a community that has been passed down from generations of Italian immigrants in order to form “Little Italy”. Little Italy in the Bronx is considered to be the original one in NYC as there are restaurants and businesses that have left a legacy for serving authentic Italian cuisine to families for generations. The Bronx Zoo and the New York Botanical Garden have both made significant environmental contributions in their respective fields. The Bronx Zoo is home to countless exhibits to explore and for families to enjoy a fun summer out. The New York Botanical Garden is one-of-a-kind in its botany advancements and is a leader in plant conservation efforts.

Although it is part of New York City, the Bronx has its own remarkable history. It once was home to the writer Edgar Allan Poe. The Bronx also has the best preserved collection of Art Deco buildings in the city on the Grand Concourse- for over five miles, you can see the gorgeous historic architecture.
