Pros: moderate weather, good infra (roads, electricity, hospitals, schools, etc.), connectivity to other parts of country (being in central location), cost of living is medium (as of 2022). Cons: lack of centralized IT and other high-paying jobs, pretty homogenous Hindi speaking belt (not really the melting pot of different cultures).

Weather of Bhopal is said to be one of the pleasing one in central India. The city is called “city of lakes” and is famous for its tourist spots and greenery. Living in Bhopal is cheap and people are friendly. Traffic in the city is not heavy even at peak hours and one can commute without any hassle. Public transport system is widely stretched.

Bhopal is a good place. There are many residential colonies available for this purpose. Right from bungalows and row houses to apartments and flats, there are many options to choose from. The budget required for these is also flexible, giving one an option to fit his own. Many people have come to Bhopal for a short time and have remained here forever.

It has one of the best scenic views and lakes are its specialty. Being a capital city its housing prices are high but opportunities are ample and most of the businesses are booming. Pollution is low and people are nice. In general being at the heart of state it has most of the modern facilities along with the green city vibes making it a great place.

For someone moving here, Bhopal, they should know the education hub, real estate value, and local developers of the city. Bhopal already has about seventy engineering colleges and numerous universities dealing with other subjects and fields. The properties in most areas of the city are affordable. various communities, NGOs, and government organizations deal with the day-to-day functioning of the city, including concerns such as safety, cleanliness, etc.

Since there are limited options of public transport, it is best to get your vehicle, especially a two-wheeler, transferred here. Otherwise, everything is available in Bhopal and the climate also remains moderate throughout the year. One will also get apartments and bungalows easily on rent. For students, there are options like paying guest and hostel too.
