Boulder is a beautiful town of about 100,000 citizens, at the foot of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado. The city is vibrant with students who attend the University of Colorado, and top scientists in the fields of aerospace, climate studies, and medicine. The proximity to the mountains and the great weather allow access to the outdoors most days of the year for people who enjoy hiking, biking, and skiing, among other sports. For those interested in the arts, Boulder hosts the Colorado Music Festival every summer at the Chautauqua auditorium, and brings world-renowned musicians regularly to Macky Hall on the CU campus.

Living in Boulder makes one appreciate nature like never before. The Flatirons are part of the Rocky Mountain chain and surround the city beautifully. Boulder is known as a college town, as this is the location of the University of Colorado. Everywhere you go, you’ll find trash cans and recycle bins, as the city is extremely environmentally friendly.

Boulder, Colorado, is a suburb of Denver, Colorado. The city has beautiful views of the Flatiron mountains along the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. In Boulder, an active lifestyle is often pursued by its residents. Throughout the city, there are many biking, walking, and hiking trails. In addition to outdoor activities, Boulder also is home to many top-rated restaurants.

Boulder is a very progressive city. Compost is required of businesses to reduce waste at the landfills. There is an abundance of open space and bike trails. Downtown Boulder is home of the Pearl Street Mall, with entertainers spread from 9th street to 15th Street. Boulder is a very caring city, with an abundance of resources for low income individuals.
