Salt Lake City, and Utah in general, Is a great place to hang out, especially in the summer! The city is metropolitan without being crowded or expensive. For winter visitors, world renowned ski resorts are nearby. And in our vast wildernesses, we have extensive and beautiful mountains and vast prehistoric rock formations.

Salt Lake City is a sprawling metropolis, but it’s cozy enough that you might feel right at home even if you’re moving in from the suburb. The city’s residents are very respectful and responsible, which is great news for both business and home life. The temperature is hot during summer, but during the rest of the year, it’s usually very pleasant. Even during early spring and late fall, I find it to be mild enough for me to wear my summer hat.

Salt Lake City has a lot of variety in cuisine from dim sum to French bakery. There’s always something new to try and many options available. Salt Lake City is surrounded by the mountains. There are many outdoor activities to do, and in winter there are places to ski or snowboard. The city has a grid system for its streets. It’s easy to navigate everything because all the major streets are numbered by how far they are from the capital. It’s very efficient to travel and easy to find places because of it.

Salt Lake City is an epicenter for art, education, entertainment, food, shopping, etc. Salt Lake has an amazing community, people are nice and helpful, and it is so easy to get around due to the grid system roads. Just a 25 minute drive will take one to national parks, infamous ski resorts which have “the best snow on earth”, or an amazing hike.

Prices of homes are on the rise. This is largely due to the vast and firm job market. The weather can be extreme, but it is a very beautiful city – and there is really a Great Salt Lake!
