Tualatin is a quiet city on the outskirts of Portland, Oregon, during both the day and the evenings. It’s well-managed, clean, and cared for. The people are neighborly and the crime rate is low. The schools are extremely secure and focused on the well-being and best interest of the children and the teachers are inspirational and understanding of the children.
