Somebody wanting to reside in Seaside, Oregon, should know our very unpredictable weather, high tourist counts in summer, and ever changing economic situation as a small coastal community. Living here is not all bad however. We also have beautiful sand beaches, a constant supply of delicious seafood and amazing small businesses to support.

HELPFUL REPORT

Seaside is a north Oregon coast city, so the weather here is often cloudy and rainy. It’s a tourist town, so there’s always lots of new visitors during summer. The beaches are relatively clean and wonderfully beautiful walk along. A person walking our beaches can often find sand dollars, ornate driftwood pieces and even glass floats from Japan, along with enjoying the variety sea birds and ocean wildlife.
