Very friendly. Very diverse. Great for food, entertainment, music, theatres and sport.

Liverpool is a culturally rich city with an ever-growing array of interesting bars, restaurants, and cafes. With tourist attractions such as The Beatles Story, The Royal Albert Dock, and Anfield and Goodison Park Football Stadiums, Liverpool is a great place. The people (Scousers) are known for their sense of humor and welcoming nature.

Liverpool is a coastal city as such it has docks in it. This means that at times you can meet an unpleasant scent when wandering the city. It is home to one of the biggest football teams in the country! During football season it can get incredibly busy causing traffic to become congested. There is also, much noise to go along with this daily whether it be from cheering fans and cars or docking ships.

It is a fantastic city, with the kindest of people welcoming you with open arms. The amicable nature between strangers and the genuineness of their approach is comforting, to say the least. There is a wide variety of activities from trying cuisine from around the world to crazy golf and quirky bars!

Liverpool is a very friendly city though some of us do like to drop litter on occasion. We have organic food, arthouse cinemas, fancy coffees, independent booksellers and world class museums and galleries. Many people follow football and support either Liverpool Football Club (‘Reds’) or Everton Football Club (‘Blues’). The atmosphere when Liverpool win the cup is just brilliant – cheering, car horns beeping, fireworks – and when they bring home the cup the streets are thronged with people all day. If you come to Liverpool ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’!

Liverpool is a beautiful city, full of life and culture. The people of the city have hearts of gold, there is nowhere quite like it. Whether you are football crazy, or shopping mad, Liverpool has something for you. If dining out is your thing, Liverpool has an incredible selection of independent restaurants to enjoy.

Liverpool is friendly, also it was known as the capital of culture 2008. My city is the home of the Beatles, and home of a lot of history. It is famous for its two cathedrals and the liver building, it I also known for having one of the closest football rivals that can separate family’s Everton and Liverpool.

Anyone wanting to move to Liverpool should know how vibrant and lively the city is. The city is bustling with people from all walks of life and cultures; so much so it won Capital of Culture in Europe in 2008. The outskirts of the city boast dazzling views, with numerous parks (Sefton Park is often cited as a source of inspiration for New York’s famous Central Park) and stunning architecture. The city centre plays host to a stunning modern shopping centre, two cathedrals and two football clubs to go alongside that!
