Anything that Dublin does not have is located in one of the neighboring cities. To the east lies the San Francisco Premium Outlets, which contain a variety of stores. San Ramon and Pleasanton are to the north and south respectively. Diversity of all types is evident throughout Dublin. It possesses a wide range of languages, ethnicities, and religions. In just one shopping center, you can find samples of Asian, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, Italian, Mexican, and traditional American food, and the list is still growing. There is always a fresh, unique restaurant diners can try.

Dublin, California, is what you may call the typical modern suburb. It’s not too far from San Francisco, yet it still provides leisure for those who want to raise a family and escape the hustle and bustle of typical city life. However, one major drawback is the overcrowded neighborhoods and schools, especially at Dublin High School. As Dublin only has one high school, it has lead to major overcrowding, larger class sizes, and a growing flock of portable classrooms that continuously expand in the school’s rear parking lot. This problem stems from the overall neighborhood designs, as newer communities have houses that are packed into as little space as possible. My own backyard is hardly larger than a ping pong table. Even so, the property prices are continuously rising, so be prepared to pay premiums for an undersized house or apartment.

Dublin is the fastest growing city in all of California with amazing schooling and crime free environment. The housing prices are on the higher side yet the overall quality of living is higher standards. Dublin is also known for best outdoor activities including miles of walking and bike trails.
