Rourkela is a tier 3 city with peaceful life. The city is well connected and has a domestic small airport. Even a big airport like Ranchi is just a few hours away. There is no water scarcity or traffic problems here. The city has limited places to visit but yet you will enjoy it. People are nice. Good places and restaurants to eat. There are good English medium schools as well. The city does organise different events by different organisations and communities on various festivals. Overall it’s a very good place for a peaceful family life.

If you’re moving to Rourkela, then kindly travel by bus or other taxi services like Ola, Uber. Never travel by an auto Rikshaw because they are talking over charges. So beware if you come by plane, train or bus. And use OLX to book a cheap room.

Rourkela is one of the cleanest cities. It’s well endowed with natural beauty. Anyone visiting it will have a very good experience. People here very peaceful and friendly. Anyone moving here will not face any problem regarding traffic or overcrowding. The maintenance service is also quite good. As it was planned by Germans who are known for their engineering marvels, this city is an wonderful example of city planning.

The local people in India, particularly in the rural areas, are some of the kindest and most hospitable people I’ve encountered in all of my travels. Whether you’re invited into a local’s home for a traditional meal or just simply wander the streets and encounter children playing, you’ll surely be touched by the warmth of the locals. The food alone is reason enough to travel to India — I sampled some of the most delicious food I have ever tasted during my travels there. Indians take their food very seriously and the cuisine, just like the country itself, is incredibly diverse.

It’s a beautiful green city with an amalgamation of tribal life and the modern life. It gives the pleasure of both a city and a quite serene atmosphere with less traffic and rush. People are friendly and the place is culturally rich. It has beautiful temples and has various places which one would love.

I would like to acknowledge him of that my city is different from urban cities. It is a semi-urban city with lots of greenery. be ready to bear the coldness of my city during winter. There are a lot of houses available for rent and the people here are very helpful to each other.

It is a peaceful city with minimalistic crime rate. One can enjoy his retirement life here as the cost of living is affordable. The people here are very friendly and helpful. Rourkela is the’ steel City’. It has many dining places and beautiful gardens and a lush green atmosphere.

Rourkela is known as the steel city. It is clean and green and has been awarded the green peacock. It comes in Sundargarh district, Odisha. My city is famous for street food. It is also famous for hanuman vatika (which has a giant statue of lord hanuman). It feels homely and is safe for whoever is new in the city or an migrant.

The individual needs to be well versed I either Hindi or Oriya language. She/He should be compatible to the fact of staying in a tier-3 city that lacks modern amenities of a metro or a larger city. Also, food habits need to be changed to adjust here. The city administration does not accept pollution of any kind. Individual needs to be aware of this.

Rourkela is a great city. For people moving to Rourkela. It is one of the 2nd largest city in Odisha, India. It houses one of the largest steel plant in India known as Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP). Besides that it has also been declared as one of the Smart city of India. Rourkela is also good for education because it has one of the best schools and colleges in Odisha. It has better healthcare facilities compared to other cities.

In my city there’s a big SAIL industry named as RSP. All the religions people are staying in the city. A big Hanuman statue is also present in the city Hanuman vatika temple. In the city many government schools and colleges and many private schools and colleges are present also.
