Qualicum Beach is a small town/city on Vancouver Island, with a population of just over 8,000. Living here you are close to several beaches, mountain views in two directions, lakes, waterfalls, and many spectacular hiking trails. It is a pretty, quaint town with small speciality stores (no chain stores) a good size grocery store, Art Centre, Theatre and Civic Centre, all within walking distance of each other. Many residents call this paradise!
