A person moving to my city should be prepared to follow rules that are meant to create order in the city for the benefit of every citizen. the said person will be baffled by the efficiency of the leadership and service that have recently been present in the city in view of the change of leaders and change of priorities in the system. In comparison to other cities in Metro Manila, Valenzuela City is progressive in a sense that its leaders are taking on the initiative to create more room for development in the different sectors, setting straight their priorities and opportunities to ensure that the least who are considered in policy-making are never left behind. A person moving to the city must be prepared to strip himself of selfishness because this city will demand cooperation from everyone to maintain the efficiency of the said policies.
