Delhi is referred to as ‘Dilwalon ki Dilli’ very often, and it holds true in a sense as people tend to just think and act from their hearts much. Delhi is a hub of Indian Politics, Potpourri of Cultures, Media, Hospitality, Education, Liberated Attitudes, etc. and has a rich cultural heritage. Living is easy in terms of finding an affordable place to live. Delhi is not safe in the dusk – for ANYONE. Do not travel unaccompanied/ alone during odd hours, if possible. Please try to be at your place by 10 PM. Keep some urgent phone/helpline numbers handy, if you can.
