Centro Weste is the capital area of the town Libertad. Libertad is the farthest town in north of the province of Antique, one of the provinces that make up the Panay Island in Western Visayas Region. This town is home for “bariw plant” that is native to its local areas which been made to “banig”, a woven mat for sleeping. This area is home for indigenous people of weavers.
