The tiny desert town of Enterprise, Utah houses nearly 2,000 people. The majority of the inhabitants are comprised of cowboys and farmers. They can frequently be seen riding horses in the streets, and many citizens own farm animals like chickens, pigs, and cows. Kids often even wear their cowboy attire to school: a plaid shirt, cowboy hat, jeans, and boots. People speak with a country accent and dialect, saying words like “set down” instead of “sit down” or “crick” instead of “creek.”
