Housing and Real Estate in Columbus, Ohio

I live in the Thurber Village portion of Columbus, Ohio 43215 just North of the Arena District about 1 mile South of Grandview and about 1 mile to the Short North, OSU Campus and Downtown Columbus.
Thurber Village rental properties are modestly priced compared to the city of Grandview and the Arena District which makes it particularly appealing if you love the Blue Jackets, Nation Wide Arena or the Columbus Crew.
You can get to nearly any part of Franklin County as a commuter who utilizes public transportation.
Walking distance to nearby fenced in public dog park and Goodale Park.
There are a couple of things to take into consideration before moving to Columbus. First, unless you have an offer of a larger salary, the choices in housing quality for middle to lower class is poor. However, work is plentiful here, and it is a beautiful city to work and live in if you have the means to afford to do so.
