Amsterdam is the capital of the country known as The Netherlands. However, the country is also known as Holland. This is because cities that shaped world history like Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague, are in either one of two provinces. North Holland or South Holland. In the city of Amsterdam many immigrants have found a new home. This is normal since the Golden Age. That’s why Amsterdam is the most tolerant city of the country. Over the last few years, tolerance has somewhat decreased. Nevertheless, Amsterdam is a city that appeals to many.

Amsterdam is the capital of the Netherlands. It is a beautiful city with a rich culture and history. In Amsterdam, weed is legalized and you have many tourist hotspots. The weather in the Netherlands is bad tho, it is very cold in winter but the temperature in summer is decent.
