Griffin, GA, is a small town 30 minutes from downtown Atlanta. With a population of no more than 30,000, we have everything from the Griffin Historic District to the Old Medical College Historical Area. Griffin was Originally inhabited by the Creek Indians and incorporated as a city on December 28, 1843. Griffin was also the hometown to Doc Holliday, the Western Legend.
Griffin is an industrial, tight-knit community. The city is just outside of Jackson. It’s a friendly place filled with friendly people, filled with shops and activities for everyone. Almost every essential business in within walking distance, so you won’t have to worry if you don’t have a car.
