This is an old neighbourhood inhabited mostly by new immigrants. Most people move out to the suburbs once they buy their first properties.

Pros:
1) Good public transport available. Metro stations are nearby and also numerous bus stops are there.
2) You don’t have to go far for shopping. There are big and small shops everywhere.
3) Rent is relatively low in this area.
4) Schools are nearby and plenty.

Cons:
1) It’s not a good looking neighbourhood.
2) Finding parking is a chore after work.
