If you are moving to Miami, one thing you need to know is that Miami is paradise! The sun, turquoise ocean, Cuban food, eclectic restaurant scene, and don’t even get me started about the yacht parties! We also have a great deal of humidity, high cost of living, flooding, and occasional hurricanes. Besides hurricanes and humidity, Miami is the perfect place to call home.

Miami is very expensive and real estate is very overpriced. The population is more than two-thirds Latino and most of them speak Spanish and refuse to English. Crime rates are very high. Hurricanes are an annual problem and health care is extremely expensive.

Someone that is moving to my city should definitely consider the storms and the flooding. In the south area of Florida, there are quite a few storms and depending on the area that you live the flood risk can be great. Another thing that should be considered is the expenses. Florida, especially Miami, is not a cheap place to live.

Miami is a gorgeous city, and the weather is ideal. However, the cost of living is considerable, so you want to procure steady employment before moving here. As a general rule, the further west you live, the cheaper your rent (or mortgage) will be. Entertainment here is top-notch: the restaurants, nightlife, and culture are second-to-none.

Miami is one of rich culture and diversity. It in the most populated county in Florida, Miami-Dade. It is one of the three worst cities in the United States for automobile traffic, behind New York City and Los Angeles. The cost of living in Miami is also higher than other cities in the state of Florida.

If someone wants to move to Miami, they should know how expensive it is to be a homeowner here. The cost of real estate is astronomical and getting progressively worse each year. Anyone who decides to buy or rent property in Miami should have plenty of savings, a solid plan, and good job prospects.

Miami has the best beaches for friends and families. Miami can be an expensive place. Do not move to Miami if you’re not prepared for hurricane season. Miami has a lot of amazing site seeing, museums and restaurants you will enjoy. If you don’t like the cold and want a summer year-round, then Miami is the perfect place for you.
