In the south area of Florida, there are quite a few storms and depending on the area that you live the flood risk can be great. Another thing that should be considered is the expenses. Florida, especially Miami, is not a cheap place to live.

When you visit, check out the Vizcaya Museum, shop or grab a bite to eat at Bayfront Park, take pictures in Wynwood Walls, and explore the nightlife down Ocean Drive.
