Nairobi is a beautiful city with interesting landscapes. It has as the “City under the sun”. The people here are warm and welcoming with the greatest personalities. There are many great places to live, some near the capital city, others a little bit far for those who like scenic places. Thanks to government measures like street lighting, the city is a safe place to work and live. It has many great amenities like museums, animal orphanage, and game parks. It also has a vibrant art and music scene inspired by our culture. For those who like dining out, there are many restaurants and cafes available. It’s no wonder Nairobi, was named as one of the fastest growing capital city in Africa third to South Africa and Nigeria.

Nairobi city is beautiful. It has a lot of parks. It is the biggest city in East Africa due to its growing economy especially in the industrialization sector. Nairobi is the headquarters of the United Nations’ offices for environment and habitat. Nairobi was founded by the colonial authorities in British East Africa, as a rail depot on the Uganda Railway. The town quickly grew to replace Mombasa as the capital of Kenya in 1907. After independence in 1963, Nairobi became the capital of the Republic of Kenya. During Kenya’s colonial period, the city became a center for the colony’s coffee, tea, and sisal industry.
