Detroit has wildly bipolar weather. The city of Detroit is home to many well-known brands including Vernors Soda, Faygo Soda, Better Made Potato Chips, and Little Caesars Pizza. Detroit is also known for massive car manufacturing companies called the “Big Three,” Ford, General Motors, and Chrysler. Over the past few years, many investors and business owners have decided to buy land and old buildings to demolish them and rebuild them into museums, restaurants, and shops. This plan has helped make the downtown area a unique experience and destination spot for Michiganders and visitors.

At the Riverwalk, you can see the Ambassador Bridge which connects Michigan to Canada. They also have Mogo bikes you can rent in the city and ride around to the different shops. Later in the year, snow falls slowly on trees and buildings. Detroit has the seasons with cold snowy winters but also scorching summer in the 90s and the changing of the leaves in fall. In the summer when it is not too hot out there are many sports games that go on during the weekends. The city has the Detroit Lions Football, Tigers Baseball, Pistons Basketball, and the Red Wings Hockey teams.

Someone moving to Detroit should know this city is full of many people and has lots of exciting and different experiences. At times the temperature can really cold but at other times it can be very humid. My city is very beautiful and a wonderful place.
