It is close to the beach. There is a sugar factory and a mine. There are lots of game reserves. The community people still sells fruits and vegetables at the market. People still use taxis to go to town. There are lots of farms in this place. The mine still helps with the community growth.
It’s a small City close to rural areas. It has a small shopping centre with a few stores. Many people use public transport. There are public and private schools, so it caters for those who don’t afford to pay for their children school fees while catering for those who want their children to attend private schools. People are very kind here and we live in harmony. The city got its name from the king who once ruled, Mtubatuba Zulu.
