The city is coconut city, as the term implies, it’s known for growing coconuts. It offers products that can be derived from that fruit. Its festival is also a coconut themed one. The city is small but quaint. Its street is not teemed with heavy traffic. Living in the city is nice if one prefers a quiet and simple life, far from the hustle and bustle of a big city.

Lucena City is the most developed municipality in Quezon Province. It is the center of transportation from the National Capital Region to different parts of Quezon and Bicol Region. It is also famous for its Chami Festival held every 30th of May where people gather to celebrate the festivity.

This city is small and everyone knows each other. It might be a little overwhelming at first, but once you made it to the good side of the elders, you are good to go. The beach is just 45 minutes away and there is public transportation for you to get there. If you prefer to hike than go swimming, you are just 30 minutes away to a decent mountain. You can even ride a bike going there. You will probably lead a simple life when you get here, but that is not a bad thing, right?

Lucena city is one of the two cities residing in the heart of quezon province. It has on its developing infrastructure and terminals that is open to trading which creates opportunities for residents of it. Aside from the utilities of a city, it also has vast farms and seas that the people can go on for a vacation. this city is still developing together with the people in it and it’s a great city.
