Living in Iasi is quite an eclectic experience as it is not only the cultural capital of Romania but at the same time, a preferred destination for young students from around the world, that want to study medicine or engineering. The most prominent mark of the town is the Palace of Culture, a neo-gothic architectural wonder that was built before the 2nd World War and it is now the centerpiece of the main square. Also, one could indulge in the largest east-European botanical garden or in relax in the numerous parks and promenade streets in town. However, the city is busy and continuously developing, which means frequent traffic jams, higher than average rents, and difficult to find parking spaces. But overall Iasi is a city that never sleeps, with many interesting music and art festivals through the year and with a compelling cultural base that would delight people of all ages.

Stefanescu, says: 2020

Iasi is one of the beautiful, Pleasant and well organised in Romania. But if you compare the salaries with Bucharest are still low even though the Living expenses are same. But if you want to live in a city with less traffic and least pollution Iasi is the right choice for you.
