Santiago City might not be a tourist spot but it is a first class independent component city in the province of Isabela. It is a progressive city compared to towns nearby in terms of businesses, financial means and agriculture as well. There are 37 barangays in Santiago City. One will not regret living in Barangay Victory Norte where I reside because of peace-loving residents.

Santiago City is known as the Queen City of the North, best known for the Balamban Festival that celebrates beauty and growth. It has many tourist attractions such as one of the tallest murales in Southeast Asia. The breeze of the wind will make make you feel calm as it surrounds trees and mountains for Santiago City makes up Cagayan Valley region.

It is one of the safest city in the country. It has many hotels to check in into. My city is very peaceful and is attracting more tourists yearly. It is an eco-friendly city and participates in contests where recycling garbage materials is needed to make Christmas decorations. It is indeed a exceptional and unique city.

Living here is nice and simple, you do not dwell with traffic much, you have lots of restaurants choices, malls are just walking distances. People here are great they willing to those in need, always. On its disadvantage we lack tourism, we are away from beaches and some activities which may feel good to and have a reasons for long drives.
