Moncton is also host to a variety of live music venues. The New Brunswick Casino and newly constructed Avenir center have been able to present phenomenal concerts of local, national, and internationally renowned artists. ZZ Top and Michael Bubblé are just some of the headliners that will be performing Moncton in the coming months. Sports are extremely important to the Monctonian community; our Wildcats and Aigles Bleus hockey games are often sold out and the Fisher Cats baseball games always invite a big crowd.

When moving to Moncton, someone should know winters are harsh. The snowstorms are frequent and can cause low visibility. Although this is a deterrent to some people, those who love to ice skate and do other winter activities will wind winter weather delightful. The other seasons are gorgeous which makes up for the snowy winter.
