Malaybalay City is a 1st class city and the capital of the province of Bukidnon. It is dubbed as the “South Summer Capital of the Philippines”. The locals living in Malaybalay City are mostly speaking Cebuano. The city has remarkable tourist spots which people from different regions come.

This city is dubbed as the “South summer capital of the Philippines. This has views, mountains, ridges that most people love. This city hosts the Kaamulan Festival or the gathering of seven tribes from the province of Bukidnon. If you are looking for a place with cool weather, warm people, this city is the best one to choose.

Expect a very small city that closes at around seven pm and a very small community. The people are used to waking up early and commuting to go to school or work. Finding a house to rent is easy and cheaper than other cities. This city has a zoo, plaza, fresh market, mall, and fast food chains and other amenities.

Our City is called City in the Forest so if you are looking for a cool place, our city would be the perfect place for you. Air is still fresh and yearly we celebrate a feast which is called the Kaamulan Festival. Kaamulan means a gathering of Bukidnon seven different tribes.

Malaybalay City is a cool place with warm people. My city doesn’t have traffic, people are friendly and hospitable. My City is not polluted and very clean environment. Malaybalay is a safe place. People here obey rules. We are rich in fruits and vegetables. People here are so welcoming. We have lots of tourist spots.

If you plan to move to Malaybalay City, you should be ready to bring sweaters and heaters because the weather in our city is cold. One more thing you need to consider is that our city is small and has limited shopping centers, especially malls. you must think twice before you decide to live in a “city inside the forest”.

Malaybalay City is a clean and peaceful environment because they are responsible enough to clean the place. The people living their are friendly and hospitable just like other citizens. There are many places to wander around the city just like eco parks, zoo, restaurants, gaming center, etc.
